metal-inspired apparel and merchandise. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please review our
Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order was significantly different from the description
  • The product has a manufacturing issue

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and unwashed whenever applicable
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Clear photos of the issue may be requested

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through improper use
  • Products showing signs of wear or washing
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide clear photos showing the issue

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Store credit

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your payment provider or bank

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Zonebrick.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once production or shipping has started, orders may no longer be
eligible for cancellation.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes received due to our error
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped

If you ordered the wrong size yourself, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Zonebrick is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

8. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a verified defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

9. Fraud Prevention

Zonebrick reserves the right to deny refund or return requests in cases involving:
